Potential candidate receives an infusion invitation to submit a pre-screening recording. A little awkward, but not bad. If applicant is a good fit they are invited to an in person or virtual interview with 3-person panel. Panel interview is about an hour long.

Examples of experience in fast paced, high comings call centers. Mostly "tell us about a time when..." questions
