Monmouth-Ocean Hospital Service interview questions

Phone tag with HR. Meeting with the manager of the division you're going to work for. A few easy questions about prior experience, some protocols and geographical knowledge. Asked about handling conflict, personal strengths and weaknesses, and a difficult situation you handled. Then administered a simple 100 question test on paper which is graded right afterwards. Very quick and painless. Told after that HR will contact you with an offer if they decide to move forward within three days.
