Since Decoded doesn't provide JDs for on their website's careers page (why?), I reached out directly to Blanca from HR on LinkedIn and she got back to me within the same day and scheduled an interview for me and a Media Director (I do appreciate the quick response). The HR round interview was actually skipped. On the day of the interview, I needed to reschedule due to an unexpected incident and they got back to me quickly and were very accommodating. The interview itself was a positive experience. The Director was very nice and down-to-earth and asked questions and details about my last job and what I did there and told me what potential challenges would be for me if I were to get this role. I sent a thank-you email that day to both the Director and the HR. After a week, I followed up with another email (and I saw that they'd read both of those emails via a tracking extension on Gmail). It's been three weeks since the interview and I've gotten no response at all. Yikes.
