A genuine conversation with the interviewer and questions are highly relatable to the position. The team will be in touch at every step of the interview process. Process was clear and steps were clarified along the way. Very positive experience with the team involved in the interview process. The environment and technical challenges were different than my current job role in positive ways. I do not believe I hit the right skills in key areas to advance in the process to the final interview and offer phase.
Transparent, and not too much hard. Asked about customer experiences, motivation to mongodb, dbs, differences beetween DB engines, related experiences. Design and describe an Airport control tower application architecture flow. DBs, db engine type, replication, high availability, consistency, APIs, etc
