The interview process was well structured and the internal HR team provided clear feedback and information on what the next steps were. The MongoDB team that interviewed me were able to answer my questions in detail which helped me gain a good understanding of the role.

Explain a scenario where you had to deal with and address conflicting objectives.
Provide an example of a marketing program that you are most proud of.
The process took a few months but overall was a positive experience. What I appreciated the most was my hiring manager being available via E-Mail or LinkedIn to answer upcoming questions and guide me through the process. My requests to talk to other female leaders before accepting the offer was also respected and I am glad I asked, because it really changed my initial view of the company. I was happy to find out that there are many programs to drive inclusivity and this helped me be sure that MongoDB is the right next step for my career.

First conversations were rather casual about marketing and general leadership questions. Later there was a case study where I had to design a campaign and present it a few days later in front of a group of specialists.
