We are sorry to read this was a poor experience for you but that’s unusual. We believe recruitment exercises should be a positive experience for all our candidates, whether selected or not. This specific process was multi stage and required candidates to hit specific deadlines. The majority of which did so and we were able to progress them through the evaluation process and we were fortunate to secure the right candidate. As a growing company we expect to continue similar processes and are always open to receiving feedback as to how we can improve the experience for candidates.
