Mondrian Alpha interview questions

This consisted of several in-person interviews across different areas of the business to get an overview of the teams, business units, research and growth. It was positive and gave transparency about the business.

Very casual and conversational. Asked about my prior experiences and my motivations towards why this company and why this role? They also asked my expectations of the role and what I would expect to do on a day to day basis.
