This pattern has continued into this month, wasting countless hours of my time. Such disregard for candidates is baffling and unacceptable. Advice to Management: Implement a more respectful and communicative recruitment process. Ghosting candidates reflects poorly on the company’s professionalism and can deter qualified individuals from considering opportunities with Mondo.
