Mondo reached out to me and wanted to set a phone call to discuss an open position. A phone call was scheduled three separate times. Each one was rescheduled at the last minute. The last one, I just got blown off/ghosted completely. Terrible leadership and terrible treatment of job candidates, whose time and energy are valuable - especially in the current job market.

Phone call With the recruiter who is awesome very personal and cared from the start. Interview was easy only lasted 15 minutes and asked pretty basic questions....then shadowed a girl. Recruiter called me before and after interview but then informed me that night I didn't get the job. Was a good experience though wouldn't of changed anything.
