I applied via craigslist and was immediately contacted the next day for a phone interview. Although it seems like a recruiting position (which eventually it will be) it's not at first. Essentially, for the first 6-8 months you're making cold calls (50-70) setting up appointments for the Account Executive. The posting was misleading as it said it was a base + commission but really is a pure base until you graduate from the program. The recruiter was all over the place. I didn't really get a good feel for the company as it is rather new. (It's a sister company of Bluewolf). The recruiter asked basic interview questions you would ask a salesperson. Nothing too difficult just make sure you practice the typical questions and know something about the company.
