I was excited to hear from this company - the reviews were positive. I had a short phone interview with the HR representative and a date was scheduled for an onsite interview. I was also told an email would be sent with information needed for the interview. I never received an email and left both a voicemail and email to HR. No reply, response, sorry nothing. Very unprofessional. It’s ok if somethings opened, came up, etc but please if you are in HR FOLLOW UP!

3-step interview as follows: intro call with HR, second interview with HR plus line manager, third interview with HR, line manager and head of function. The third interview included prepare and deliver a presentation (personal introduction plus project).

Nicht-strukturiertes Interview, wir sind gleich in medias res gegangen. Dabei wurde mir der Lead überlassen, es gab nur wenige, sehr offene Fragen. Besonders gut fand ich, dass ich nach jeder Runde detailliert Feedback bekommen habe. Leider kam es schlussendlich nicht zu einem Angebot, aber ich werde den Bewerbungsprozess in sehr guter Erinnerung behalten.

Fast ausschließlich fachliche Fragen, ansonsten das Übliche: warum wollen Sie den Job wechseln, warum wollen Sie gerade diesen Job, was bringen Sie an Erfahrung mit
