There were two rounds of interview...
1) HR Interview : The interview was relatively easy. She focused on capabilities and skills learnt from past experiences with special focus on examples. An interview to judge personality and also understanding of job description as well as motivation for the role.
2) Technical Interview: I was provided with 2 cases with data from Nielsen Household panel data 1 hr before the interview. Had to answer the major queries through a presentation. Completed one case and sent the presentation. Interview focussed on abilities from past experience that can be used at this internship position. Asked me another question in French language as France is the major market for them. Interviewer was co-operative. Overall, the feeling of the interview was OK!
I wasn't offered the position as they didn't want to sponsor the permit of any candidate and I am not a EU national so I needed one.
