Applied through the company website and had two online assessments; one aptitude test and one SJT.
After passing that stage, I received an email and went through a video interview where I had to record answers to some interview questions.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Mondelēz International (Bournville, England) in Dec 2014
Interview
I went for the assessment centre which consisted of a group exercise, presentation and interview.
All three were relatively straightforward.
Group exercise was a bit challenging as there were many people involved. I forgot to take notes down during the group task so had difficulty in preparing for the presentation.
