I took a timed test with social media related questions - for example, it had me captioning photos, etc. I do think it was a good way to narrow down candidates.

They bring you in and give you a tour of the facility and a rundown of how the company operates. There really isn't much of an interview. If you are called in you've already been pre-screened and they are looking to offer you the job.
