First with the HR for an online interview, and then I went into the store to interview with the store managers. Everything was easy and smooth. It was mainly to see your ability and your fit with the team.

What was a challenge you faced at your previous work?
short but nice fast with store director , it was in harrods in the meetings room. it went fast but this was in 2019, now maybe they made their interviews harder
The interview was a great experience—peaceful, well-structured, and practical. They asked detailed questions about my daily tasks in my previous position, my responsibilities, and whether I was physically and mentally prepared for the role. After I joined, they also provided thorough training.
