Interview Process 2019 for a Cadet Engineer Position: 1. The initial interview was conducted by the HR to confirm previous job experience and salary expectations. 2. The final Interview (Panel) was a great experience since they will see which business unit will I perform well. I think they are looking for a potential or talent since I will still undergo the cadetship program.
