Pros: My initial interview with Anthony T. Petrone (ATP) was outstanding. Anthony is a true professional and a significant asset to the company’s recruitment / HR team. He has a unique ability to put candidates at ease, transforming the interview into a natural, engaging conversation. It is clear why he is the face of the hiring process; his reputation for excellence is well-deserved and reflected in his professional track record. Cons: Unfortunately, the process became inconsistent following the initial stage. There was a notable disconnect / significant discrepancy between the role as described in the job posting and what was described by ATP and the responsibilities outlined by the hiring manager. More disappointingly, communication ceased entirely after the second round of interviews. While I understand that hiring priorities change, the lack of a final update or "closure" after multiple video interviews reflects poorly on the internal culture and respect for the candidate’s time.
