Hi, we're really sorry you had this experience. We care a lot about our hiring process and work hard to make sure even candidates that don't end up joining leave with a good opinion of Monadical. I'll be talking about this case with the rest of the team to see why we ghosted you by accident and to make sure it's not a systemic flaw in our candidate tracking flow. Our hiring team is small and processes many candidates, so sometimes thing slip through the cracks, but not showing up to an interview / not sending a response is unacceptable and want to make sure it doesn't happen again.
