Monad interview questions

5 rounds of interviewing (4th round was a case study). The 5th and final interview was a day at their office - I was 1 of 2 final round candidates. I was there 9am-2:30pm and interviewed with multiple folks at the company.

It was two calls with head of defi and head of bd and then one assignment that they had one week to do to deliver the team was cool but they gave me 0 feedback about the rejection and the whole process took over a month I had all the requirements on the JD, so getting no feedback or comments on a +10 page doc was just sad they seem to give preference to people of more tradfi backgrounds and less web3 native
