I had a screening interview with a recruiter. After the screening process, an appointment was set up through Teams to meet with a manager. The interview allowed me to really think about what the job entailed. I do appreciate being informed about what the opportunity and what the expectations are. Bring a note pad with you to jot down information if you are selected to interview with a manager.

The interview process consisted of a pre-interview screening which was phenomenal and very informative. I was given great detail about the position and also tips to be successful in the upcoming interview. The interview with the hiring manager was very pleasant. The process was as expected. We got on microsoft teams call and from beginning to end Luis made sure i understood and grasped everything we discussed. No cliffhanger, no sugarcoating, just honesty and professionalism.
