I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Momentive Software
Interview
Straightforward and prompt response.
I applied through job portal, received a call for scheduling the interview. There were 3 rounds of interview.
1 Hr Technical: Interviewer was supportive and understood my way of thinking. Asked basic questions from java, collections, threading etc. One problem regarding string manipulation. Pretty basic if you are clear with basic skills and confident enough to prove your point.
1 Hr Managerial: General discussion on background and past experiences, career goals and strengths, weakness.
Half hr Client: Basic technical questions on listed technologies from resume.
After each interview, I received a feedback on very next day. Overall process took 2 weeks including offer release.

Interview
I had a disappointing experience with the hiring process at Momentive Software. I cleared two technical rounds, each lasting about an hour, but in the third round with the US panel, the interviewer asked a few unexpected questions and wrapped up the discussion in just 15 minutes. It felt rushed and unprofessional, leaving me with the impression that my time and effort were wasted. Overall, it was a very discouraging experience.. . Completely waste of time.
