I applied for the 'Product Stewardship CoE Business Analyst' position and had two successful rounds of interviews. However, I experienced a lack of communication afterward, which was disappointing.
The HR person 1st called and spoke and disappeared for some time, then called back after 10days scheduled the first interview at 12 PM IST with someone in the USA, which was like mid night for them(No time sense or common sense) so it was canceled, it was rescheduled to another day 3PM IST which was around 4am for them, though the interview really went well, got an email in couple days saying next round will be setup soon, but even after 10-15days i had to follow-up couple of times and then 2nd round was setup, this also went really well but no feedback or update post that, even after following up multiple times. It's frustrating when communication breaks down like this, and it makes me wonder about the hiring process in such situations.
