Three rounds of interviews. First round of interview with a recruiter, second round with manager, and third round with directors. Every interview was conducted through video. Notifications of the next round of interview was sent through email, with the initial notification as a phone call from the recruiter.

Meet with a NP director via Teams. To succeed in the interview, just say yes to all of their demands. Questions are fairly easy like how would you handle two patients who want to be seen at the same time.

I had two interviews , one with the Nurse Practitioner Manager , and one with Upper Level Management, various scenarios questions … straightforward ,interview on zoom , not intimidating. I believe you understand the challenges of the position after the interview. Also the benefits were explained in great detail.
