Interview Process had two steps. Phone screen and if they want you to proceed with the second round you get an interview with the hiring manager. They ask you what your experience is in the healthcare field, what your weaknesses are, what your strengths are, and scenario questions. Friendly people and straight to the point. Was offered the position the same day.
