I was disappointed by the length of the process (driven by Molina schedules) and the lack of communication (no closure given from any contacts at Molina). During my first onsite interview, I was impressed by the transparency of the leaders with whom I met. The interview was very straightforward, and I was made to feel comfortable in the time I spent with their team. I had a second in-person interview with the hiring manager followed by some very positive correspondence with her and the recruiter - an offer truly seemed imminent. Then, they both ghosted me. It was a very unprofessional and disrespectful way to treat a serious candidate.
