I was emailed a questionnaire to complete by an HR Representative. Within a week of completing that form I was scheduled for a face to face two person interview with a team leader and the hiring manager. The entire interview was about 30 minutes long, very relaxed with questioning. They let me know what the role would be and what their expectations were. Did not discuss pay, as that was answered in the initial questionnaire that was emailed to me.
