Interview
The process was conversational and relaxed. We chatted about my experiences and I shared my vitae. I met twice with company employees, including my future supervisor and the person who would train me. I also me the project head for the state during the second interview. We did not follow the formal structured process I had used myself in my previous position. It felt much more like a lunch meeting. I had one more conversation, a salary discussion, with my future supervisor via phone a few days after. I received an offer call a few days after the phone call from the corporate headquarters HR rep. In between, the company conducted a background check. The onboarding process that followed my acceptance was very well organized and smooth.

It was a very fruitful conversation and the panel was very friendly with me. Should be prepared with the domain and your basics . JIRA tool and Microsoft office is a must to gain the interest.

I applied online via Molina website. A recruiter reached out via email and we agreed to set up a call. After the call, the recruiter set up a 2nd call with 2 directors via Teams. After that I met with the VP. The whole process went smoothly, from the email communications, to the 30 minute meetings. Questions were on track for the job I applied for.

Standard behavioral questions that yoy would see in most interviews. I interviewed with 3 persons thrn had 2 follow up interviews. The recruiter process is very lengthy and they take a long time to follow up.
