Applied online. Was contacted within the next couple of days asking for an interview. They simply asked what types of lab techniques I knew, then gave me a run down of the types of jobs they had there and asked what position sounded the best to me. Then I was given a tour. I got kind of a creepy vibe as soon as I went in there and I could tell they were really needing workers. I was offered a job on the spot without discussing salary/benefits.
