They reached out to me, Met with founders, Was told they would look to hire me within a month, I was then ghosted and got an email saying they are still interested in taking me on 2 months later. Ghosted once again

Question 1
Basic interview questions. Background, projects, client facing or back end work.
I interviewed with an exec first and then with the team lead next. The interviews themselves were fine and both people seemed nice. If I had heard back from them after my second interview I would be marking this neutral or positive, but they never reached back out to me to tell me either way and that is unacceptable. Leaving candidates hanging after interviews without letting them know why they weren't moved forward or without giving them any info about future steps is disrespectful. They are a small company and in the second interview the team lead said to give them some time to get back to me because they were a small company, but that was two months ago and I never heard a thing. Surely someone could have sent a simple email to say it wouldn't work out this time.
