I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Mojo Mortgages (London, England) in Jan 2021
Interview
Interview was very brief. They were only interested in having advisors that had previously worked in very high volume call centre mortgage brokers (think L&C or somewhere similar). They were not concerned with your knowledge of more complex mortgages or your ability to package together a case or deal with a case through to completion. Their lead generation filter out any mortgages that are not 100% vanilla so it is about getting the mortgage AIP'd asap in order to pass it to the next team. Perks were that commission and ability to work from home did seem very generous.

Question 1
How many mortgages did you do per week/month in your last job?
Streamlined process, nice and quick turn around. Good knowledgeable people who shared insights into the business along the way. 3 stages, 1st with recruiter - he was genuinely passionate. 2nd round with sales manager who was great and final stage with head of mortgages.
Very unstructured and using AI to transcript the interview and give the results. feels like an AI is interviewing you. Has 3 stages. first speaking to HR, then Hiring Manager, then the Head of Sales.
