From application to offer the process took 1 month. There was an initial recruiter screening interview, a follow up interview with the team, and follow up interviews with program directors. All interviews were conducted through zoom. There were 6 interviews overall.

Had a phone screening, then they called me back to interview to schedule interview for the next week. Completely normal interview; good to prepare with average interview question answers. Good job for entry level professionals as pay isn't the best compared to competitors.

I got an interview two weeks after applying. A week after that the second interview, the day after the second interview I got a job offer via a phone call. First interview was with direct manager and second interview with VPs and peers.
