After positive phone interview, a 5 phase interview was scheduled that began with: (1) HR interview and explanation of benefits, (2) brief interview with possible coworkers, (3) 30 minute interview with PI, (4) presentation of PhD work and relevant research experience to 3 MD's and 2 technicians, and (5) 30 minute interview with Chair of the department.
