Three phase interview process:
1: Phone screening interview with HR for about 30 minutes, asking about why you interested to join the company; very brief highlight about my experince in software development.
2: Skype interview with Software development supervisor for 30 minutes. We went through:
- Algorithm question
- Live coding in Visual Studio
- Software design
3: Onsite interview with HR, 4 other Supervisor, and Manager from different teams. We went through:
- Algorithm question
- Live coding in Visual Studio
- Software design
- Discussion on solving the real challenge in Software development.
Conclusion: I really appreciate the interview process that the team has put in place in terms of:
- Thoughtful followup question
- Preparation environment for live coding session
- Feedback
