Interview
Very thorough and professional throughout the entire process. An initial phone screen and on-site interview were completed before being offered the position. Since this is a staffing company, these individuals definitely know how to get key information from candidates to determine whether or not they are qualified. A great overview of the company was given and we discussed my background and how it could apply to the position in detail.

Question 1
No trick questions were given. These people are professionals and great at what they do- their ability to read people and obtain critical information without having to throw in trick questions is beneficial for both parties.

Took a MAXIMUM of a month. Emailed Senior recruiter. Had a phone interview with her. Set up a time to meet in the location I would be working at. Interviewed with the lead recruiter and some of the team members. Offer followed the following week.
