Via employee referral, I got the chance to be interviewed by a panel of employees. Approximately one week later I received a phone call confirming I had received the position and that I would have to go through a local temporary hiring agency. Once I registered with them I started my first day the following week.

Initially, it was behavioural questions and then proceeded by technical which were solely based on your resume, coursework and projects related to the role. The interview was 40 minutes long and I got to know the hiring decision within 20 minutes
