I was called by the employer to come into ado a job interview with him in person. The employer-provided the address via text? When I arrived and did the interview it felt like an interrogation this employer made every attempt possible to make me feel uncomfortable and he kept asking about my references even after I told him that the companies I worked for did not provide references. He also kept asking why I had so many temp assignments as if to say, it was my fault for taking these kinds of positions. My recommendation to this employer is to stop treating candidates like their going to an interrogation room I would recommend ANYBODY to work for this employer! He was also taking notes on my Linkedin profile without my consent which is an invasion of privacy!
