She joined the interview late and did not provide any insights about the role or the interview process beforehand. The interview started abruptly without any introduction or context, which made it difficult to feel comfortable or prepared. Midway through the conversation, the recruiter mentioned, "We have so many applications, I don’t know how to select which candidate," which felt unprofessional and inappropriate. It also made me question the company's hiring process. The interview ended just as abruptly as it started, with no clear conclusion or next steps communicated.
