Interview
The interview process consists of 4 steps
1. Phone screening with HR, 20-30 minutes.
2. Interview with the hiring manager, 60 minutes.
3. Present a topic of your choice, related to the company and the role.
4. Meet the team on site.
Steps 1-3 were remote, while 4 was supposed to be on-site, but I was rejected after step 3.
Overall everyone was amicable.
I wish I had clearer instructions for the presentation. It was too open-ended, so it was difficult to figure out what they were expecting.
On the negative side, communications were slow. I had to follow up multiple times before I could get a copied-pasted rejection e-mail. I didn't get any detailed feedback.
