After submitting my application, I interviewed a few weeks later for an associate role within the Operations team. My interview process was fairly similar to other companies and the recruiter was quick to answer my questions through email or over a phone call.
1. Screen call with recruiter (~30 mins) - General questions about work experience, role expectations, etc.
2. Call with manager (~30 mins) - More in-depth questions about my work style, organization, and collaboration with others.
3. Final round (3 hours) - This was split between behavioral interviews with executives and recruiters, and case studies with the Operations team. They made sure to leave time for questions and accommodate my scheduling needs.
After my reference check, I received an offer a day later.
