A simple three-person roundtable, one from the directly-interested potential supervisor, two others chosen seemingly at random. Minimal preparation in terms of questions - doesn't seem like the interviewers had even had time to review resumes beforehand, much less prepare cogent inquiries relevant to the position or applicant. Compounded the lack of preparation in terms of the position - only the potential supervisor had any clear notion of what the position would require, much less entail on a day-to-day basis. Felt more like a hunt for potential talent rather than any clear, business-drive need being filled.
