Mobile Lumber & Millwork interview questions

The owner was nice at first but moves quickly to ignorant. Supervisor on the farm is very unqualified as a manager his interview went like this if you are not republican it is best to not talk to me and it goes down hill from there down a steep hill. Gave my his 5 cent tour put me on a job and said figure it out for your self and left. He will ride you so he can sit in the office and watch videos . Even caught him sleeping a few times and he really retaliate then and you will be sent to do jobs in unusual and belittling ways.
