      I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Moasure (Warwick, West Midlands, England) in Aug 2025

      Interview

      The interview process was professional and well-structured. It consisted of three stages, all of which were clearly explained shortly after I applied. Stage 1 - Initial call with the HR Manager, which focused on my experience and motivation for the role. Stage 2 - Online meeting with co-CEO. Stage 3 - In-person meeting with both co-CEOs and Head of Sales and Marketing. Overall, the process was engaging, informative and enjoyable. The process also gave me a chance to get 'hands-on' with the product, which was extremely helpful when preparing for the interview.

      The questions mainly explored my experience and how I could add value to the company and the team. Meeting in person is a great opportunity to meet other members of the team and get a real feel for the environment.
