The process had two stages. The first was a video call with the team manager, which focused on getting to know me, discussing my experience, and answering some competency-based questions. It also included an introduction to Moasure and an overview of what the role would involve. The second stage was in the office with said manager and co-CEO, where I had to demonstrate my ability to pitch the Moasure device, tailor my message to a specific industry, and explain its value in a clear, compelling way.
