Process is pretty simple. You have your first interview with a recruiter who goes through your background and why you want to work at MoLo. Second interview was with a sales manager. They go through what the job requires and asks a few questions.
Interview process was two rounds of interviews asking questions related to task solving and self efficiency. General previous experience questions were asked and how it is relevant to a sales role.
