Process was over the phone and then in person. The questions were simple along with details on certain exchanges processes and some Microsoft technical questions. This took about 20min and was more of a conversation.

I have been interviewed first by the recruiter, and it was a nice talk about myself and my professional interests. The second step was with the HR Manager plus the Finance & Control Manager. They were very focused on the behavioural side, trying to understand which person I am. Since the candidates were very educated and highly skilled (they said this), they wanted to understand which personality might fit best the team.
