I started off with a recruiter who walked me through a brief work culture screening, a personality test and then a technical test (half coding and half design). The recruiter was very accommodating and friendly. She even split the different components into separate days so I didn't have to be tied up for several hours. After that I had a panel interview. It was very open, free-flowing and natural. The managers and developers were candid but professional. It honestly seems like a great place to work. Unfortunately they were not able to accommodate my salary requirement.

I had terrible interview experience with mitra tech, please do not apply to this company. I was skeptical while applying to this company as it has bad ratings but still i applied to it since they are providing remote option. I cleared 3 rounds of technical and functional interview and after that they were talking about the onboarding and all.. before salary discussion round they just ghosted me and replied me like they are proceeding with another candidate.. they didnt tell me why they have rejected me simply wasted my time by conducting multiple rounds of interview with more than one hour. Please do not apply to this company their ratings speaks about the company.
