I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Mitiga (Atlanta, GA) in Nov 2025
Interview
Traditional process, I talked to the head of HR based in Isreal, then the hiring manager, others on the team, CEO, then the COO and founder. The process took close to two months in total. Communication was clear until the last step in the process. Then after receiving positive feedback from the CEO and COO, they ghosted me. Took four attempts of me reaching out before they responded with a basic response of we decided to not move forward. I asked for feedback and nothing... Where has the business etiquette gone. They want you to be available after hours during the process, then zero feedback post process. If you spend seven rounds (near 8 hours) of time with a candidate, you should have the decency to give them real feedback.

Question 1
Asked me to describe in detail how their technology works and how I would position it. They asked me to describe in detail the previous three companies tech I worked for and how I sold it.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mitiga in Apr 2025
Interview
Applied through on the website, recruiter reached out to set up initial call. She was late to the call I paid no attention to it as tech. issues happen all the time. Perfect match given my experience and what they were looking for, at the end of the call I was told regardless of moving forward or not she will reach out to me & that was over 3 weeks ago. Super unprofessional for a startup trying to raise $ to have recruiters with no manners.
