Mitie interview questions

After the application, the first stage was a phone interview with three behavioural questions about times ive approached uncertainty, danger and had to influence someone. The next stage was an assessment centre. Day started off with a fun team activity. The other stage was an interview and a group exercise. Group exercise was a problem about supporting a client and the interview consisted of a pre-prepared presentation about a Project as well as some other interview questions about passion and what you would do in the role. Overall, a nice assessment centre.
