I applied to Mitchell in the winter of 2013
1. Phone screen
2. Phone Interview with three employees that were in the role.
3. I was presented with a case study to analyze some data to develop a course forward after that I presented the case via skype.
4. HR Test and References
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Mitchell International (San Diego, CA)
Interview
HR screen, online assessment, hiring manager phone interview, in person interview- four persons (rotating). Very professional, Prompt and clear communications. Unfortunately, this format did not allow interviews to run longer, felt like some topics were rushed or incomplete.

Interview
Interview was 3 hours long and with a panel. First, there was a phone screen with a recruiter. Then 1 on 1 interview with the hiring manager. And last a panel interview with a team of 5 people.
