I applied through university. I interviewed at Mitchell International
Interview
One phone interview, asking basic information. Then a code challenge about Java and C#. If you pass the code challenge, you will be asked to do an onsite interview. Because of a large pool of candidates, got rejected. But a good experience overall
Interviewed with them in 2019. Horrible interview experience. Interviewers insulted my personal projects and were rude in general when reviewing my take home assignment. Take home assignment consisted of a Spring Boot application involving CRUD operations for car management.
I applied through university. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Mitchell International (San Diego, CA) in Nov 2018
Interview
Interviewed in November, heard back a week later saying that I would be considered if others rejected their offers, and I would be informed on 30th November. I emailed on 1st December, they ghosted on me. I emailed on 15th December, they ghosted. I was desperately looking for summer internships, so I emailed in January after the break, to ask for an update, got ghosted again. They emailed in the middle of January saying that I am still being considered, and would hear back in another 2 weeks. Heard back 2 MONTHS later, with an offer. I declined, don't wanna work for some small minded company that cannot treat people with empathy.
